Server Keep Dying

I have noticed that my server keeps dying every two hours or so.

It will be running fine, people are clicking in and listening with no problems but then the server will suddenly spit out an error about no music is being played when there clearly is.

The little bars on the DSP plugin are jumping to indicate sound as well.

I have a broadband connection and when the server dies I have to shut the server down and relaunch it again.

As you can imagine this is putting listeners off from listening again.

Moved from Winamp Tech to Shoutcast Tech Support :/

About to launch an internet radio station after an almost 10 year break. I don't suppose much has changed in that time.

check all your music - make sure they are valid mp3 files - if you stream any other files, you hear them on your speakers and the little bars are jumping but they aren't broadcasted.

other music files will give a no source in the log followed by disconnecting.

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.
