Late last night, I broke down.

I felt as though I was on top of the world. I could have done anything. Then a simple thought entered my head. I don't even remember what it was. Everything fell apart. I don't even know why I was still alive. I felt that I should have ended it all a long time ago. Tears were coming down my eyes. I could even see my hand going to grasp a knife.

After 2 hours in hell, I managed to get some sleep.

What were you smoking? Drugs can do that to you.

Will only break you down more...

This isn't the first time I had an emotional breakdown like this. It happens atleast once every couple of weeks.

If I were you I'd get that checked out. It doesn't seem very healthy to be having Mariah Carey breakdowns every two weeks.

Try writing it down either right after it happens, or at least sometime after so that you can remember it at a later time.

That will help you find out what is causing it, and how to fix it.

Dam .. sorry to hear that ... Have you been diagnosed for any of those symptoms by a medical professional yet? ... Sorta sounds like a bi-polar or depression type issue ... Better get it checked out like Tarron_D said. ... They've got newer & better drugs just for that kind of thing ... Hang in there.

My apologies in the event my previous post was personally offensive.

I am actually pretty mellow about how others actually deal with the situation, but if I were offended, I would have PM'ed you.

Isn't Lithium a cure for this?

Suburbia: The place where they clear down trees and then name roads after them
