Keeping Winamp On Top

Anyone noticed that Winamp doesn't always stay on top, even when you declick and reclick the "always stay on top" button? Is this an issue with the program, or with me maybe?

thank you, and sorry for consuming your time with such a question!

[edit] it seems to do this after I use my Microsoft intellimouse's minimise to see desktop. Which is fair enough, but when I maximise some other windows, it maximises, but ceases to be on top of the other windows, even with always on top being selected. [/edit]

Had the same problem. Winamp would cease to remain always on top whenever my screensaver came on. Obviously, Winamp is not supposed to be on top of my screensaver, but it would not revert back to being on top when I stop the saver. Work-around: uncheck the box next to "Disable always on top when fullscreen applications are in focus" in the General Preferences. (It's on the bottom.) Winamp stays on top with that unchecked, and it will stay under the screen saver. I don't use any other fullscreen applications, though, so I don't know how it affects games, etc.
