Send a message via Skype™ to DJCassio
you can determine if your ports are open here, right now they are not.

It says:

63.164.252.13:8000 is Closed

Reason Given: Connection timed out
More about this error: This means that you are most likely behind a firewall, this error esentially says that you and your computer aren't there. You might also check to be sure that your ip is 63.164.252.13, if it is not then you are behind some sort of proxy.

So does this mean I'm screwed? I don't get it, I've had this working before on another computer... Any more ideas?

What is means is you have not forwarded your ports correctly or you have a firewall active that you have not opened properly.
