32K Bitrate for Modem users

Can modem users listen to 32K streams without it constantly buffering??

Some modem users can but most experience buffering.Your better off at 24k and below

Yep Sev hit the nail on the head. Some will be able to and some will not.

As most people have broadband now days its best to just offer 24k - as 32k wont be supported by *ALL* dialup users and doesn't sound that much better anyhow.
