The guy in the vid looks a lot like Ballmer, circa late-80s (when Win 1.0 was released), but I've never seen that promo.

They (Bill, Steve, and company) were pretty freaky, though, so I wouldn't be surprised if they did a "screaming car salesman"-type of campaign.
