I use the Winamp Modern skin, on the top of my screen, like the Start menu, with auto-hiding ... It's nice, doesn't bother me and servers me well ...

My laptop is slow and I only have 1024x768 resolution, so I stick with WA classic. WA is minimized 99% of the time for me, anyways.

MMD3 mostly, in winshade mode with the long bar at the top of the screen, and my playlist down the side at 50% scale. Then I can still use the rest of the screen for other stuff and change music at the same time.
If I feel like I need it to load instantly for some reason, the old Major Tom-Remix classic skin. Modern still loads pretty fast, but classic is pretty much instant. |
