They say muscle weighs more than fat... You could end up weighing more if you have muscle now.

Hmmm... i reckon you could loose a little weight. But then it depends what kind of build you are. My maths teacher weighs 17 stonne but he's not fat, i can't really explain it that well. Maybe i could find a picture. As for me, i reckon i could do with some. Care to Fedex me any, anyone?

I'm "Thick". As in: I dont look like I have a big fat stomach (but it's obvious I have fat on it), no big globs of fat hanging from me anywhere. When I flex my bicep it doesnt look like a huge bulge, but it's not floppy.

I'm built like a football player. Thick neck. Thick ankles. Thick wrists. Huge feet (I wear a size 15 Wide now 0_o)

squak,you may not be able to loose alot of weight if your built large. sarge is built large(15 shoe,9 1/2 hand) and he just needs to tone up. i would work on the areas that need it more like your chest,thighs,and arms. you got the build...just gotta tighten up.

im 6ft 3 and weigh 16 1/2 stone, im fine (in my opinion) - but my build is big, very broad shoulders.

if you think you should lose some weight, do it - my philosophy is, if you think you look ok...who cares? just dont lose too much ^^;

I weighed myself today. 5ft 10, 160 lbs . But if I didn't do taekwondo I'd be about 220

/edit Just for the hell of it I checked my BMI (a measure of over- or underweightness).

I am 23.2 which is between 20-25 for normal weight. Squak is 30, right on the borderline for obesity (sorry ) . And if Chevelle is really 300 punds, he is 37.5 , ie pretty obese.

I'm 5'5" and weigh about 115 lbs. I am not overweight and don't need to lose any weight yet I am still looking forward to do more sport next year to tone up a little.

Squak, I don't think that you look fat or anything so loosing much weight wouldn't be so necessary but some extra sport might do you good just to build up some more muscles as others said, you'll never be super skinny but you don't have to anyway.
