Nightwish - Once {Enhanced CD]

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't figure out how to access the "...Angel" video on this CD. When I view it in Win Explorer, I see 13 tracks, but no video.

Does it insist on using some wacked out video player that only comes with the disc?

Bad copy maybe? can you see if there is any other content encoded on the disc, data tracks usually show up on the flip side of the disc.

Yes, I'm stating the obvious.

Negative on both counts. It just says "This CD contains the video for 'Wish I Had An Angel' as an enhanced element." on the back of the CD case. I didn't see anything in the booklet about how to access it either.

Wait...ok, this is really freaky. I just checked it in Windows Explorer, and the MPeG video is there, but it did not display the 13 audio tracks, nor did the CD play in Winamp, yet it did play in my DVD player (it plays audio CDs as well as DVDs).

BTW, the video plays fine.

That's the normal behaviour.
Windows explorer only sees the last session, which contains the data track (or video), whereas a CD player only plays the first and ignores everything else.

I bet you can still play the CD in Winamp via right-click > Play... > Audio CD.

Nope. It plays in WMP though.

Although, Winamp does play my ripped MP3s fine.

And yyes, I have CD support installed.

nightwish bonus track

i just bought the cd and when i first played it i couldn't figure out how to play the "wish i had an angel" video? but when i first put the cd in a box comes out asking what do you want windows to do? and it has a list including: play or save music using real player or play using windows media etc.

it also has an options that says open folder to view files using windows explorer. well when i clicked on that another box popped up that says files currently on cd it says wish i had an angel the type of file is MPEG video and well anyway all i did was double click on the icon and the video instantly appears on real player.
