I HAVE EVERYTHING TYPED IN RIGHT BUT IT WONT LET ME CONNECT? ANY SUGGESTIONS

I typed everything they said to in ive tried to change the speed its coming in at the only thing i can think of is if they havnt turned off the last persons or what ever
