Please Help Someone

As i understand everything is entered correctly and yet the log reads:

i have disabled windows firewall and norton anti virus and any other program that i thought may interfear but it still cant complete the process.


any ideas would be a big help...Thank You

have you checked if your modem has a build in firewall???

my modem is a standard NTL modem i souldnt think its got any extras like a built in firewall, if it does how do i find out?

the modem manual you got when they or you installed it?

just a guess , since you are not behind a router and you already closed the firewall.
you could empty your internet cache

cleared the cash there was no change, no firewall in the modem either.?????
