Buffering Server

Hiya. I have a server on a computer that is only used to run SHOUTcast among other things. When I DJ, the listeners always complain that it buffers every 7 seconds, or some short ammount of time like that. Is there any way of fixing this?? I stream at 24kb/s MONO.

do you have enough bandwidth to cover the server??
