Automation In winamp

I was wondering is there a plug in somewhere or if one could be developed that enabled winamp to mark certain files in a playlist play at certain times throughout the day, or have the sequence a certain file in. This would be used for something like radio... The playlist is generated for the entire day with top of hour cuts at the top of hour. So is there a way to keep everything "on time" in winamp?

you can order the sequence of files by loading a predefined playlist into the jtfe plugin's queue (preferences->general preferences->jump to file->enqueue list and then right click on the management area. as long as the files are is in the playlist then all should work correctly (the dev build should add entries not in the playlist onto the end i think). or you can just select the files and press 'q' to add them to the queue and using the above preference page you can alter their queue position as needed. with the queued items, if you use a dev build of the plugin, there is a %st tag (used on the display page) which allows you see when the track is meant to begin playing.

the internal dev builds of the jtfe plugin do have the basis of a scheduler in there but my development time is rather reduced of late so i've not been able to do any work on it for the last 6months or so.

if not there are other timed schedulers out there but most seem to charge for the features which really are relatively easy to implement as a free version (as i've been trying to do)
