wat shud i do know ?????k i have question.....when i go in winamp and dan shoutcast source under output tab where u c address >>>> do we type there our IP address ????and for port shud i just leave as 8000....

whats the IP address for shoutcast ?

type localhost for your ip if the server is on the same computer as the source dsp. Then click connect.

obvious he didn't but let's point you a little in the right direction

on top of this forum you will find a thread SHOUTCAST FAQ READ BEFORE POSTING.
go there , scroll down a little and see a line - 15 steps to setup

click that line and read what it tells you. there is enough info there on how to setup your station and what you need to configure.

if you have done that and still have questions you first use the forum search function to check if it hasn't been answered before , if it hasn't drop in and ask.
