Help Me With WinAmp Input

Hello Shout Casters PLZ HEALP ME!!!!!

When i want to use my input device as Winamp when i want the listeners to listen to the music at high quality. I click the bottom and it works fine. But 3 mins later the input levels stop moving and all the data sent has stopped unless i switch to my imput device then they can hear me all the time and the music is extremely poo!!!!

PLZ HELP!!!!

could you post the shoutcast log with an error if you have one there

my guess is that you are not streaming mp3 files when on winamp settings.
if you use the winamp setting instead of soundcard settings only mp3's can be broadcasted.
if you stream soundcard than you can stream other files. if the sound is poor than you could take a look at your volume settings on your operation system (windows or whatever you use) and adjust them , or search www.winamp.com --> plugins for a soundbooster like plugin.

AH HA found the problem, most of my songs aren't mp3s.

Is there anyway of converting them?

Thanx for that fixed it. but now i'm not on yp.shoutcast
but there are no errors in the log
