YP ban?

I'm getting this message all of a sudden on my server:

[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (This network has been permanently banned due to a previous vio\)

The IP of my server is 70.84.33.234 what gives?

Here's another IP of a "bad server" relaying that got banned too: 66.219.107.15

sorry, we don't do something just because you tell us to, if you got banned that is really your problem, not ours so stop posting in this thread.

There was a time when no bans would be lifted, perhaps those days should come back.
