Need help Installing!

i'm a real noob at this, can someone tell me how to install it on FreeBSD? i have no clue how to do this even after reading the read me, sorry for being such a noob but thanks if you can help me

Normally I just extract the files on my local computer, copy them into the appropriate directory via FTP and give sc_serv execute permissions for the owner.

The other way (I believe) is tar -xf sc_serv.tar and then type CHMOD 744 sc_serv
