are any special licences required to sell shoutcast servers on a server?

these may include a shoutcast licence
a music licence to stream off them

corect me if im wrong, but you are a stream provider (or setting up one), and want to know if you need any licences.
Simple answer, no you dont. It is the responsiblity of the station to pay royalty (music) fees, and there is no shoutcast licence (its free software)
