1) I Have A Freewebs Account Were I Have A High Bandwidth, How Do I keep The Uploaded File Running By The Site. P.S. There is no help at freewebs.com in this area
2) Is there anyother live DJ programs that run through a shoutcast server EX) Sam DJ
3) What Is The DSP For Video Streaming?

check out the spacial audio site there are many programs like sam and simplecast,

3) What Is The DSP For Video Streaming?
no the dsp is for streaming audio,
