Improved avi player APE

Version 1.05 of VFX Avi Player is there !
- implemented all blend modes
- better / faster chroma keying
- many speed improvements
- presets saved with older versions should keep their config

(btw, would it be hard or could you somehow implement global registres in Avi-player with which one could adjust speed or pick a frame or turn a chomakey on/off?)

Wouldn't be that hard but you couldn't pick a frame # (would cause too much slow down), just set speed/frameskip. Maybe in 1.06 ?

I'm already looking forward to 1.06!
I'm not that picky about the frames, anyway.

Making it work with registres would be nice for vj'ing, since registres could be connected musicinput or with keyboard input.
