Reload this Page Sync dialog only shows on first sync???

Sync dialog only shows on first sync???
Why is it that the sync dialog only shows on the first sync and on subsequent syncs it doesn't. This dialog is very useful but not if I only see it once.

Is there a configuration option for this?
