Banned IP problem

I think I pressed the wrong button before - I think I set up a Poll - Here is my problem again.

Hello there,
I have encountered a problem with my streaming to shoutcast that does not allow anyone to recieve my stream.
I am a project manager for the Police Citizens Youth Club in Queensland Australia - We are a registered not for profit charity and we run Broadcast training programs for young people.
We pay over $500 per 3 months to APRA for the right to stream just over 30 streams through you and have been doing so for a few months quite successfully.
Suddenly you seemed to have banned our IP (202.52.43.209:8000)and if possible I would like you to un-ban us or tell me why we were banned.
Can you please help - we have a bunch of kids that are terribly dissapointed.If you would like to find out more about us you can see what our program is at our web site beenpcyc.org.au
