Help? Server status: Server is currently down.

I am running Shoutcast 1.9.5 and SAM2 on a Toshiba A80, but the admin interface gives me this message:
Server status: Server is currently down.

I have searched the forums & FAQs, and can't see anything specific that tells me what causes this.

The Shoutcast GUI starts up ok,
Event log:
<09/13/05@09:25:55> [SHOUTcast] DNAS/win32 v1.9.5 (Dec 27 2004) starting up...
<09/13/05@09:25:55> [main] loaded config from C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast\sc_serv.ini
<09/13/05@09:25:55> [main] initializing (usermax:5 portbase:8000)...
<09/13/05@09:25:55> [main] No ban file found (sc_serv.ban)
<09/13/05@09:25:55> [main] No rip file found (sc_serv.rip)
<09/13/05@09:25:55> [main] opening source socket
<09/13/05@09:25:57> [main] source thread starting
<09/13/05@09:25:57> [main] opening client socket
<09/13/05@09:25:57> [main] Client Stream thread [0] starting
<09/13/05@09:25:57> [source] listening for connection on port 8001
<09/13/05@09:25:57> [main] client main thread starting

but in the bottom of the event log it shows [0/5]{no source}
But - SAM2 is running, and the stream is going, and its apparently not seeing the Shoutcast server.

SAM2 and the Shoutcase server are on the same machine of course. The install of both was clean. There can't be any router problems etc as its on the same box? I just can't figure it out - so any help is much appreciated.
Thanks guys,
Robert

What do you mean 'the stream is going'? I don't see a source connection there. Have you configured SAM encoders yet?
