Best setup?

HALLO EVERYBODY!!!!!!!

Ok,i started my new radio but when my friends listen to it they say that they ribuffer every 20-30 seconds.
I've done an upload speed test and the result is 104 kbps.
What can be the best setup (MP3 encoder / Max listeners) at this conditions ?

SORRY 4 MY AWFUL ENGLISH!!!
