is it because I only have a cable connection and limited number of users? But I go to Media Library --. shoutcast radio stations and I dont see me there?

You need to be in the Top 500 streams (by listeners) to be listed in Winamp. Check to see if you are on www.shoutcast.com

You need to have about 50 listeners during the day, and 30 at night to be listed in the media library.
