i may sound DUMB . but m new . HELP PLS

Im new into designing applications .. but im pretty good @ flash programming / scripting and php ...BUT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PLUGIN

The working of the plugin is pretty simple .. takes the followint inputs :
1) location of a php file ... say winamp.php ( like http://yoursite.com/winamp.php
2) reads the track name and artist of the track from winamp and concatinates to the php file name and sends the details
the php file in return .. processes the data and makes an swf .. that can be used as signatures in forums n stuff

the second part .. i could do .. but i need to know HOW to get info from winamp .. i dunno any other languages except C , php , flash ( if needed .. i may have to learn ) ... is there any way by which .. i can get info in command prompt ? like by entering parameters to winamp.exe ? pls pls help me....

i'm sure there are http request plugins already.
so you'd only have to to the php part.
have you searched the general purpose plugins for "http"?

if you really wanna do it all yourself grab the empty
general purpose plugin (from here), some ready-to-go
http library and the code dro posted here.
