Skin identification

Hello there. I need to pick the collective brain of my fellow skinners: Can anyone identify this skin at all?
Mystery Skin
If not I'll use the tried and tested needle in a haystack method of going through all the classic skins one by one.

Thats TechTV - Screensavers winamp skin...Though, it was not authorized by TechTV and was removed by affiliate sites.

Ahh. I see no. TechTV is a channel I've never heard of (over here - waves from yon Blighty) Pity. I quite liked it - the skin that is.
