winamp freezes on me

i'm kind of new at this. always when there is something wrong i come to check the forums and find the answer but not this time, maybe i'm not looking right. but my problem is that when i want to conect my radio it says conect disconect asking authorization... something like that and then it freezes the winamp... i have the server in the same pc... can't find the problem

Check ports, and IP address (and that the DNAS is running)
Port = 8000
IP = 127.0.0.1

checked everything, its ok. still freezes when press conect and still have no idea why it does that,haven't done it before.... and sorry about that cross post the page gave error and thought it didn't get through... it didn't show it did.
