Location SHOUTcast, WinAmp and mp3

Hello

I've never used SHOUTcast before. And I want to ask a question.
If it possible set up streeming in case SHOUTcast and WinAmp are located on one server and mp3 files are on the other one.

Please forgive if the topic was discussed before.

As long as you can load the songs into a playlist on Winamp, then you can "See" the MP3 files on the other machine and it will work.
