don't know...
Alright, this is the thing:
I have a d-link router (will soon smash it up), and i have opened ports 8000 and 8001. In the shoutcast source thing in winamp it says i'm connected...But how do i know if i am or not? When i try to open a .pls link nothing happens, somehow it is not connected to winamp (?) Anyway, i have searched the forum and i just can't get it up and running. |

Some routers don't support Uturns. This means that to test your stream from inside your network, you need to use the SHOUTcast server's private IP.
To make sure your stream is also reachable on the Internet, check your DNAS logfile for errors from yp.shoutcast.com If you see "touched" messages, you're good to go. |

yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 85.224.146.198:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)
This is what the log file told me...hmm.. sorry i seem like a total retard but i have no idea what to do :O And what is the private ip then? I get the NAK error thing but i have done all the things that is listed in the nak error thread... Last edited by gramse; 30th October 2005 at 14:07. |
