PC crashed during broadcast now server won't work

Hi,

I have recently experienced a system crash and the window XP blue screen whilst broadcasting. since then my server doesn't work help PLEASE! I now recieve the following:-

<01/29/06@22:37:28> [SHOUTcast] DNAS/win32 v1.9.5 (Dec 27 2004) starting up...
<01/29/06@22:37:28> [main] loaded config from C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast\sc_serv.ini
<01/29/06@22:37:28> [main] initializing (usermax:10 portbase:8000)...
<01/29/06@22:37:28> [main] No ban file found (sc_serv.ban)
<01/29/06@22:37:28> [main] No rip file found (sc_serv.rip)
<01/29/06@22:37:28> [main] opening source socket
<01/29/06@22:37:28> [main] error opening source socket! FATAL ERROR! Some other process is using this port!

Everything was working fine before the crash, i have not altered anything within my conf, i am NOT running the server twice or using port 8000 twice (same problem if i change port),SrcIP & DestIP are set to ANY. This has really baffled me, im happy to provide a copy of my config file if that helps. Would really appreciate a solution - thanks J.

made a mistake above - i've now discovered i can get server working if i change to another port - does anybody know why port 8000 would no longer work? i don't really now about such things - could it somehow still be in use from before the crash happened - please help?
