Shoutcast server

I keep getting disconnected then reconnected, what may cause this problem.

please post more info when asking for help so we can at least try to troubleshoot with you...

maybe you have too many people trying to listen on your connection?

what upstream do you have?

I dont know what an upstream is. This is a sample of my log. The bottom repeats its self with disconnects and then reconnects. I leave a broadcast sample stream on.

You have to stream some music or the server goes in sleeping mode

I did this text they way I was showed and when I send the link to others in an email no one can pull it up, it just wont play on windows or real player.

Along with the above issue I am still getting disconnected in the middle of the songs. Does it matter? Is it a quick reconnect?
