Where Is the Shoutcast Audio Forum?

I seem to always end up posting on the Winamp Video Forum. I am concerned with audio streaming. Should I be on the Shoutcast Technical Support Forum? Is that for audio only? How I get there to post, if I am not there now? Above, it says Shoutcast Technical Support, so maybe I am there now.
I had a question about the SAVE function under the Shoutcast Server Text Editor. The tabs on the Text Editor page are FILE, EDIT, FORMAT and HELP. There is no SAVE. There is a SAVE under FILE; is that the right one to use?
I typed in http://127.0.0.1:8000 on the Output Config Address in the Source, used 8000 port, and made sure my password in the Source and in the Server text editor wqere the same. On Output 1 it says not connected and on Output 2 it flips between connected and not connected. It seems to want to stay on Encorder 2, and when I try to change that setting, Winamp crashes. Then, I typed in http://127.0.0.1:8000 in my browser and the Shoutcast Status page came up, saying "SERVER IS CURRENTLY DOWN." I took off Zone Alarm, as well as deleting the Shoutcast Server and putting that back on and editing only my password.
