problem with streaming videofiles /.nsv

Hi!
I have a problem to stream some videos i want so show my listeners.
I downloaded NSVCAP and converted some .avi's to .nsv's

Now I'm on a webpage to configure my NSVCAP.
When I saw this picture :

I tried to do the same as the tutorial.
But when I open "deviced" NSVcap tells me ,that i have no video capture hardware (error:cannot create video caputer filter).


my system :

amd athlon 2000xp+
radeon 9800pro sapphire edition
512mb ram pc333
160gb maxtor hdd
mainboard: epox 8rda3+
windows XP pro

whats wrong?
who can help me?

is there another way to stream videos without NSVCAP??

best thing to do would be to ask in the nsv forum as this is the shoutcast audio forum..
