Unable to display Shoutcast TV list

I have a pretty wried issue. When ever I try to view the Shoutcast TV list, it connects, gets the lists, but it displays 0 out XXX (Insert numbers instead of Xs) steams. However, when I got the Shoutcast Radio, it can display the stations list, like it should. The same goes for AOL and Winamp stuff. Just Shoutcast TV holding out on me.

I have tried hitting "Clear", nothing. Clean reinstall, Full reinstall, and yet nothing. It has worked on my other computers and tried to a simply copy and paste, and much like before, nothing. I can connect to stations though either the front Winamp page or a link on one of the stations page, so it's not a matter of not connecting to anything, it's just the bloodly list won't display itself. I also did a search, dig though the FAQs and whatnot (I know everyone does it.), and couldn't find an answer to my probelm. Any help will be outstanding and if you need anymore infomation, feel free to ask.

Preferences > Media Library > Online Media > Specify Ratings
Check all ratings and then hit Okay.

Also, try Winamp 5.2
