No news on winamp... Why?

On last month i don't read any message from any developer...and the page with known bugs don't have any update...why?

You are on vacancy?

Silence before the storm.

(I dunno...)

Good Winamp plugins by Joonas, DrO and shaneh.
If you're bored go here or, if the boredom is more serious, here.

Just to avoid any confusion: I was joking. I don't know what's going on either. But you're right, not much sign of ongoing development at the moment. Maybe they took a break, heh. Or maybe they are indeed preparing for bigger changes, who knows...

or maybe they just have bigger fish to fry, they probably have other AOL commitments to code for in between the glorious Winamp releases.

There are no 'other AOL commitments'. I've been on vacation and we've all been doing a lot of planning for larger changes.

And I think we've been following DrO's suggestion of staying off the internet for a little while

How about better support for podcasts?

- SHOUTcast Wire RSS subscription improvements
- Video support for in_mp4.dll
- OPML import/export
- Chapter support for .mp4's
