Hello, will it be possable to stream to a mobile phone and if so how?

depends on the phone

shoutcast uses a form simular to HTTP. To support windows media player or real media, you create a control file that connects to the shoutcast stream.

No specific setup for shoutcast regardless if the listeners is a PC with winamp, wmp, iTUNES, or real media player. Its the computer and browser the desides what to do with the streaming data.

we have had clients do this in the past and only managed 16/24k as an average.
