Winamp constantly crashing
My friend told me that each time she shuts down winamp, it crashes. Sometimes it crashes her system but that hasn't happened in a while.
Also, when I listen to a net station, dj A will hand over to dj B and then to dj C will hand over to dj D and so on. Yet if I don't click on the stream in my winamp, the display name of the current dj will be that of dj A. Why does the dj name not update? This is nothing new, it's been happening for a few years now. Any help you can provide is appreciated, thank you. |

We can't really help without info...
Has your friend tried a clean install of Winamp 5.21? If no luck, please have a look here: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....d=161361#specs Not sure about the second question... |

Winamp?
I am new here, so bare with me..
I am running a radio station using shoutcast... Last couple of weeks winamp has been shuting itself off when I am using the play list...When I do my live shows not a problem at all...Today, I got an error message from Microsoft, it says Nullsoft has a fix for the problem, click on this link for the fix..The link took me to this page,Could never find where there is a fix, it might be that I am stupid-can someone point me in the right direction... P.S. I also have another problem that I am addressing soon. At times, my memory gets low and completely turns off Winamp..Not like as above as stated as above, what happens it only stops the player from playing the list-its like someone has pushed the stop button..I was lucky to see this message this time.. I am going to address the memory problem with more memory.. Please forgive my non-education on this stuff..Any help would be grafteful and apprieated, thanking you all in advance.. Thanks Scotty "Life is too short, "Have some fun" |
