AAC+ encoder missing

I've searched the forums several different ways and did not find an answer to this problem.

This is a new build Win2kPro machine, Shoutcast Source 1.9.0, Winamp 5.2 Pro, with OtsDJ.

In the Shoutcast Source Encoder tab, for each output all I have is the MP3 encoder. Where is AAC+? What did I screw up?

When you installed Winamp, make sure you install the FULL version with CD ripping support, as that's where AACPlus encoder comes from.

shoutcast source as in the server?

but the OTSDJ dsp plug might not have AAC+ streaming

have you tried the SHOUTCAST dsp plug??

This seems to be the problem. Thanks for the hint. I found some instructions for adding other codecs on the Ots forum.

I'll work on that and report back as soon as I get this other customer's computer off the bench.
