Cannot see your station/computer

i've just put up my server again after some months downtime.
The only problem is that im not getting listed on Shoutcast.com.

The only error i get is this:

<06/08/06@13:54:06> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 213.151.130.105:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)

How do i fix this?
I don't think it can be my switch/router because i haven't done anything to it after i took my station of the air the last time... =/
