Realy with NSV Tools

Hello i am trying to set up a Realy Server To TV Server.

I ahev try the Search and i am littelbit Confused. What dose this Messages mean?

ok now i know how to do this.
1. Setup your Realy Server and Pass.
2. Setup another Shoutcast Server with the Realy Pass.
3. Start Boath Server.
4. Connect to your Realy.
Thats how i did it.
