Problem connecting using oddcast.
I'm the dj WaterTiger mentioned in his post.
I have the oddcast plugin and have set everything how (I think) it should be. Whenever I try to connect now, I get an error saying "error with lame.dll" then tries to reconnect me, repeating the error , etc. On the other end, we're getting this: <06/10/06@18:09:59> [source] connected from *myiphere* <06/10/06@18:10:00> [source] icy-name:This is my server name ; icy-genre:Rock <06/10/06@18:10:00> [source] icy-pub:1 ; icy-br:12 ; icy-url:http://www.oddsock.org <06/10/06@18:10:00> [source] icy-irc:N/A ; icy-icq:N/A ; icy-aim:N/A <06/10/06@18:10:00> [source] source dropped connection. disconnecting. I have Shoutcast selected, so should the "icy-" still be showing? I know that's just show info, but I'm new to Shoutcast. Any ideas how to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong that seems obvious to anyone? Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry for all the questions. |

this is the forum for shoutcast servers and the winamp DSP plugin for shoutcast.
we do not have information on oddcast. you need to visit their forum ~ According to the ship's log we're down to our last 3000 vomit bags. It'll never be enough. ![]() search the forums! don't PM me on how-to, or ask me to setup you system. you do it so you learn. |
