Broadcasting Issues.

hello.

I am having trouble setting up my own radio station server, now before you say "READ the f.a.q. noob" i have read everything in the FAQ that has to do with my issue and nothing has helped.

my problem is that i can not get it to say connected when i click connect. i have a linksys router and i have open port 8000 but still nothing. i also dont know what ip to put in to get a connection . I read the linksys port forwarding FAQ but it is complex and i do not think it allies to my model. so if anyone has some advice that would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for reading, -Blaine

No, that's not the server, that's the DSP plugin. Try running the DNAS (server) as well.

Try it again. Redownload it and install it.

If you don't have the upload bandwidth, then you can't, and is between you and Comcast.

this is how you work out how many can listen.

upload / bitrate = max users.

alternatively you need to look into gtting some stream hosting...
