Need Automated schedule program for large shoutcast station

I am looking for a program that is good and works well and would also be stable on a server for winamp. One that allows you to control the playlist and change scheduled show times to air over the web (preferably via a website).

I basicaly have shows on certain days that need to play at certain times. I would like to have the show start (and possibly fade out of whatever is currently playing at the time) and then have the show begin.

Is there a plugin/program that does this for shoutcast?

I did some reading on it - wow. Looks like it could be worth the invesment.

There are others - DRS2006, OTSDJ to name two. I just mention SAM because that's what I'm familiar with. It powers my station, and I've been amazed at what it can do, especially if you have a little coding background.
