So my boobs are getting kinda fat

What are some good excersizes that I can do to lower my bra size?

(But seriously.....high repetition, low resistance, cardio-type exercises are what you want. Burning calories without building too much muscle bulk, which could actually make your "bra size" larger. Your goal is to burn off resident body fat. Jogging, rowing, stairclimbing, biking, etc.)

I ride a recumbent bike for 20 minutes 3 times a week, in addition to the occasional real bike ride.

Maybe the push ups I've been doing lately are actually making my boobs bigger by building up muscle under the fat?

Everything you guys have said so far is right.

The pushups are building your chest muscles, pushing the fat out to look like nice titties. This is ok, but if you want to reduce that fat, you gotta do the aerobic/cardio work to reduce your body's fat content.

Running is ok, but it is a lot of impact on knees and shakes your organs too much.

Biking is great (my personal favorite), but can be hard on your neck if you're not careful.

Rowing will make those breast friends of yours bigger too, but does give you a good workout.

Stairclimbing on a machine is low impact like biking and is good.

Swimming is a good way to beat the heat and works every ambulitory muscle in the body, and does both slight muscle building and fast fat burning. Only problem with swimming is that people new to it will tire fast.

Swimming sounds good I do live near a huge ass lake. It's just really cold. Though being cold burns energy too.

My only probelm I have with my body is that my belly is kinda fat, otherwise I have great musscles on my legs and arms.

How do I get ride of that fat? Any help would be apricitated

Your choice in places to post was ok, since it covers the same basic topic - burning fat.

Getting rid of belly fat requires the same steps necessary to get rid of the chest honkers.

Find an aerobic/cardio activity that you like and do it at least long enough to increase your heart rate and break a sweat. And do it at least 3 times a week, although for some people to notice results, it has to be 3 times a day.

Don't forget to live before you die.

I play soccer a lot, like 3 or 4 hours a day since a couple a weeks now. My belly is the same. Dose soccer help?

Soccer should help since it should keep you in motion for a long period of time. As long as you're breaking a sweat and keeping yourself in motion it should help. Might take more than a couple weeks for a noticeable difference in gut size though. Keep it up, it's good for you and probably a lot of fun.

A lot of times people don't realize they're losing fat because their weight stays the same, due the proportional weight increase in muscle mass.

Anyway exercises hmmm I would say maybe eat les fatty foods, and do tummy tucks or sit ups any activity that engages your upper body, perhaps try swimming??

Sit ups and crunches will increase the size of your abs, which will push fat out. In this case, it's good to get better abs, but you'll need additional cardio work and dieting to get rid of that pushed out gut.

seriously. ALOT of water. shoot for a gallon a day. that is of course if you're working out every day. alot of the flab on your body is water retention, and the best way to get rid of that is actually to drink alot more water. but of course, be careful with how much you drink. don't drink a gallon in one sitting, i mean throughout the whole day. carry a camelback or whatever with you and just drink. water retention is when you don't drink enough water so your body stores it in the flab in your tits and especially that one flab that's impossible to get rid of that hangs over your belt.

just one of many things, but water retention is always something to take into account. i'd consult a doctor and a CPT.

4 Keys To Losing Moobs

When it comes to getting rid of man boobs there are 4 things you should work on at the same time. This combo effect will help you will all the aspects of this problem. I can give a quick overview of what you can do. Hopefully, this won't go to long.

1 Balancing Hormones - If your hormones get out of balance fat can accumulate more on your chest than around your waist. Eating a lot of soy products or eating a lot of yogert can increase the estrogen levels in your body. so try to avoid these foods while you are losing your man boobs.

2 Eating the right diet - Stay away from high saturated fat, and food that contain High Fructose Corn Syrup. Also stay away from refined grains such as anything that says "enriched" flour. They have enriched white and wheat flour. Just because a product says its wheat flour does not mean its the god type. You should look for 100% wheat flour.

3 Chest Sculpting exercises - You can't target one area for fat lose, but you can target one area for muscle growth. The natural thing to do would be to do a lot of pushups or bench press. If you have already been working out you may have strong pec muscles. If you do or even if you don't you should work on incline bench press. This works the top part of your chest pulling your chest upward. I would avoid decline bench at all costs when you start. This will make your man boobs look even bigger.

Also this is important for each exercise you should use 5 seconds. 1 second up, 1 second hold, 3 seconds back.

I also learned how to strengthen my pec muscles while resting. If you flex your chest muscles while resting, watching TV, or lying in bed waiting to call asleep you will get stronger and get a great workout. Just imagine flexing that muscle like when you were working out or do the same motion and you muscle will flex your chest.

4 Fat Burning Cardio - Work out for short intense bursts of cardio. Long cardio sessions are hard to maintain motivation and consistency. Try using a short 15-20 minute workouts. 4-5 minutes to warm up then sprint for 30 second and walk or slow jog for 90 seconds try this 4-6 times and then have a cool down period. Don't forget to stretch you will still burn calories while you are stretching! Plus you will loosen up your muscles and increasing your flexibility. This will help you to burn calories long after you have worked out.

But don't think of beer as water. The carbs in beer will go straight to your very happy gut.

I started riding my bike to work a few months ago, 16 miles up and down hills round trip -- getting around an hour a day five days a week of nice sweat inducing cardio. I am now a golden god and have legs of iron.

what are you gonna do in these hot days of summer though? from experience you'll stink up pretty badly, specially under your arms and in the pelvic area.

dont eat alot of salty food, that makes sweat worse, you are what you eat
