Problem with foreign ID tags Winamp5.3

After installing the version and finally Japanese/chinese characters works fine. Some of the name character I need to add to ID3v2 tag in order for it to show correctly. But after adding some songs and saving the playlist, when I open playlist again, some of the files become missing as highlighted title. So I need to manually modify the playlist entry again. This has happend quite a few times, I am really tired that I have to Edit the playlist entry again and again just because winamp keep reading the characters wrong and wasn't able to play it. Any Ideas how to solve this problem?

Info:
For Japanese/Chinese character songs, I have enable both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags. Have option>input>MP3 audio decoder 4.0 config to UTF-16 and check all ID tags.

id3v1 can be turned off as it only supports latin-1 and not unicode. This will force winamp to read the id3v2 tag only or nothing at all.

Also I realize that playlist from Winamp 5.3 refreshes everytime I open it up, that slows the computer since I got 4k+ songs. The titles and song names refreshes, I wonder why that is?

id3v2 info which contains unicode character should be saved as 'm3u8 (unicode playlist)'. also, 5.3's media library doesn't support unicode playlist yet. so don't add unicode files to media library.
