top end

Hi all
Ive noticed aac+ streams including mine,when I tune in there is no top end on the graphic equaliser on winamo even though I can hear it.This happens on low bitrate streams such as 24,28,32K but not on 64K
Why is this?

there is on mine... searched for aac and clicked the first stream that popped up (some wretched polish thing). 48k.

Fresh install of winamp maybe???
