Winamp Classic Windows Skin.

Everybody is all about skinning Winamp, making it look like your favorite OS, and whatnot, but Winamp is far too awesome for that.
I think that you shouldn't need to change the way Winamp looks to suit your system and for that reason, I'm changing my system to look like Winamp:

Exhibit A:

This here is notepad, looking about 532 times better.

this is still a WIP, so a lot of things need to be fixed, and it's made using a mac-OS skin as a template, so I'll need to contact the author before I release anything.

Also, do any of the Nullsoft team have a problem with this? I'm using the lightning logo as a start button, so I was wondering if there was any copyright issues....

go for it, shouldn't be an issue unless you decide to sell it.

it would be a windowblinds theme, usable with all windows versions.

Oh... so third party software is needed... Windowblinds has some years ago destroyed a windows installation of mine, so I never use this program...

Can't you export it as a .msstyles file which can be easily loaded in Win XP (maybe with patched uxtheme.dll)?

Regards,
kzuse

I can try...

but I'll have to start all over again.

[EDIT] Because the XP visual styles are more limited than windowblinds skins, it won't look as good.

that's pretty sweet and when I have my new system up and running soon hopefully you'll have a windowsblinds version theme available. I know I'll be using it.

That looks pretty good. I don't think it'd be very easy on the eyes after long periods of time though.
