Windows 2000 bug

Winamp Wont Load, I Have Windows 2000 SP4 And I Tried Winamp Before On Windows 98 On The Exact Same Hardware And It Worked, But Now It Wont Work Anymore, It Just Tells Me Errors Have Occurred And A Log Will Be Created. It wont even show winamp, I Did a clean install.

I Dont Know Where The Log Is Unfourtunatly Because Im Not That Good With NT Spec Os's

64MB Memory
1.5gb Hard Drive
LG CED-8080 CD/RW

I Bought It With No Hard Drive And No Memory, So I Slapped In One Of My Cheap Drives and Some Of My IBM Memory I Had Lying Around, I Know The Exact Spec Because I Rebuilt It From The Ground Up Sofar With Only A Few Hardware Probs...
