Iam wondering if it's possible to watch nsv streaming on mobile, 3G or GSM for ex.

You could always use VLC to transcode the NSV to 3gp for streaming (although I'm not sure if this can happen).

Follow up, VLC can't ouput to 3gp but some phones can view mp4 which it can do.
